Pamela Mumm earned her undergraduate degree from Wartburg College and her Master’s Degree from the University of Iowa. She has spent over 2 decades challenging individuals and teams to unlock their greatest potential as a Vocal Music Director. She loved teaching high school students and has a particular passion for Performance.
Some of their accomplishments include. Competing at Show Choir Nationals in Nashville, Singing a Prelude concert at Carnegie Hall, and Singing at Ground Zero.

Ms. Mumm has inspired and influenced thousands of people through her insightful presentations and has recently joined the John Maxwell Training Team. As an Executive Coach and Team Performance Specialist, Ms. Mumm speaks on a number of subjects including attitude, accountability, communication, leadership, teamwork and habits for excellence. Her greatest reward is accomplishing extraordinary results through hard work and laughter.
