Not your Grandfather's Barbershop Chorus!
The Music Men Barbershop chorus is the primary performing ensemble of the Dubuque,
Iowa, chapter of the
Barbershop Harmony Society, a 25,000 member, not-for-profit organization
dedicated to the preservation and encouragement of Barbershop singing throughout
the world. The Dubuque Chapter was chartered in 1949 and has been one of the
Tri-State area's most active musical organizations. Membership is open to all
men who enjoy singing. The current membership includes
men ranging from teenager to senior and from experienced performer to novice.
